FINGER JOINTED RABBETED DOOR JAMB are made of FJ Solid Radiata pine, pre-coated with thin primer,is usually used for exterior door leading inside your house, as they are really sturdy.A rabbeted door jamb is a shoulder milled into the casing that the door closes against to form a seal.

Our premuim door frame allowing the door to be hung on the left or right, opening in or out. Frame is supplied with sill and frame head horn which can be removed prior to fitting if required.

RESHINE FINGER JOINTED RABBETED DOOR JAMB mainly ship to the North America market, around 28-30 container per month. The surface finished of our pine products have two coat primer, the primer is a mixture containing glue and calcium carbonate. Coating application would be applied equally on all edges have a strong adhesion to the wood substrate.

Please see the following production process: 
Timber cut into board, Kiln dried, FJ, Via Shape, Sanding, two coat primer and packing etc.

1)The timber logs are cut into boards.

2)Then kiln dried to within 8-12% moisture range to ensure stability through the successive manufacturing processes.

3)After KD,the boards should stay in the warehouse for more than 20 days(Note that diffreent size board require different days),to keep the material more stable and to make moisture content more uniform.It's very important.

4)The defects on the board will be cut before finger jointed.The length of moulding can be finger jonted up to 18ft,or as customized.After that,the finger jointed board would be through rough sanding,then make into shape(as customers' drawings) by the Shape machine.

5)Then the raw unprimed moulding will be through two coat primer(Sanding between coat),then waterbase paint.Coating application would be applied equally on all edges have a strong adhesion to the wood substrate.

6)Shrinkable PVC film and plywood Pallet

The Surface finish of door frame is inspected piece by piece,
Measure the Moisture content \ Dado \ Size \ Tolerance \ Twist(bengding)

Plywood pallet and Shrinkable PVC film, free of bark & dirt or as consumers' request.
