RESHINE SINGLE RABBETED FRAME mainly ship to the North America market, around 28-30 container per month. The surface finished of our pine products have two coat primer, the primer is a mixture containing glue and calcium carbonate. Coating application would be applied equally on all edges have a strong adhesion to the wood substrate.

1).make the raw materials in different shapes
2).coated with a thin layer gesso
3).dry and sand
4).coated gesso second time
5).dry and sand again, then spray water base primer on mouldings
All wood material prior to manufacture of the moulding has removed knots, centre of the radiata pine tree, oil wood.
None of any defects are permitted in the finished moulding prior to the priming process. The moulding is celar grade.
