All of our products are after 2-3 times of painting, the surface is polished with sanding, to ensure the smooth surface of the product. After completing the steps, we spray-paint the product,to increase the gloss of products.
Production Process:
1.Make the raw materials into different size wood piece
2.Finger Jointed
3.Make the moulding into different shape
4.Gesso coated for 2 times
5.Spray water base primer on mouldings
Our Quality:
1. Moisture content of finished product: 8-12%
2.Material :Pinus radiata, other details according to customer needs
3. After two paintings, the thickness of one-sided coating is within 0.30mm, requiring a thin coating.
