Primed quarter round moulding is widely used in architectural interior decoration.
Pine mouldings protect walls from sliding furniture and other wear. Different eras and architectural styles had different needs and uses for mouldings.

Wood quarte round is made of Radaita Pine, the defects will be cut before finger jointed, with white primed on the surface,it’s ready for paint. Quarter round come in several sizes and serve a variety of functions, the normal size is 11/16’’ x 11/16’’ x 16’, they are most often used with baseboards.

Production process:

1) Cut the log into thin pieces

2) Kiln dried to control the moisture between 10-12%.

3) Cut out the knots and choose the good quality wood pieces.

4) Finger Jointed to the length required

5). Spray-coated with the thin gesso coating(Total 2 coats) and It should be sanding between 2 coats.

6). Fianl a spray-coated with the water base primer.

7). Final product check piece by piece and then ready for packing.

3.Loading: For 16 feet, 6 pallets in a 20FT Container, 12 Pallets in a 40HQ container;
