White Primed MDF Base Molding

Base molding is an important component in any remodeling or renovation project that involves changes to the walls or floors. Base caps and baseboards can seamlessly hide small gaps, uneven edges, and other slight imprecisions in the space where the flooring meets the walls.

Material – MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard):
A man-made wood product made by compressing wood fibers with resin. It's smooth, affordable, and great for painting.

White Primed:
The molding comes pre-coated with a white primer. This makes it ready for painting (usually with a topcoat to match wall or trim colors) and saves time during installation.

Base Molding (or Baseboard):
A decorative and functional board that covers the joint between the wall and floor. It hides gaps, protects walls from kicks and scuffs, and adds a finished look.

Primed MDF Base Molding production:
1)MDF material preparation
2)Control the moisture between 10-12%
3)Surface and following moulding preparation, Machined(produced) with high speed planing equipment to yield a premium finish timber moulding ready for priming with a gesso coating. 
4)Spray-coated with the thin gesso coating(total 2 coats) and It should be sanding between 2 coats.
5)Fianl a spray-coated with the water base primer.  
6)Final product check pieces by pieces and then ready for packing.

1.Package: Shrinkable PVC film and plywood Pallet;
2.Pallet Size: 680 mm x 1080mm or as your customized;
3.Container: 12 Pallets for a 40HQ container;
