White Primed MDF Base Moulding
The WIDTH can be up to 15-1/2" The THICKNESS can be up to 38.1mm MDF --- Medium Density Fiberboard. Reshine produce various kinds of MDF moldings, including crown, baseboard,trim board,casing,quarter round,shoe molding,etc. Trim board can with one eased edge or 2 eased edges.
Description
MDF Base Molding allows you to cover the seam between your flooring and walls. The molding is pre-primed for immediate painting to match your decor. It is made from MDF for durability.
Primed MDF Base Molding production:
1)MDF material preparation
2)Control the moisture between 10-12%
3)Surface and following moulding preparation, Machined(produced) with high speed planing equipment to yield a premium finish timber moulding ready for priming with a gesso coating.
4)Spray-coated with the thin gesso coating(total 2 coats) and It should be sanding between 2 coats.
5)Fianl a spray-coated with the water base primer.
6)Final product check pieces by pieces and then ready for packing.
The term MDF signifies medium density wood fibers. This panel is made of wood fibers and a synthetic binder from a continuous industrial process. It is subjected to temperature and pressure constraints.
