White Primed MDF Baseboard

Baseboards are planks, often of wood, of low height, placed at the foot of the walls, along the ground, inside a building. They are used to hid fittings and spaces left by wood flooring workers at the foot of walls (so that wood can expand), preventing carpet and linoleum from peeling off at the foot Walls or hiding electrical wires. As well as being decorative and utilitarian they protect the bottom of walls from broom or vacuum cleaners and prevent the furniture from sticking to the wall. They let moisture escape the walls and prevent dust from stagnating between furniture and walls.

Primed MDF Base Molding production:
1)MDF material preparation
2)Control the moisture between 10-12%
3)Surface and following moulding preparation, Machined(produced) with high speed planing equipment to yield a premium finish timber moulding ready for priming with a gesso coating. 
4)Spray-coated with the thin gesso coating(total 2 coats) and It should be sanding between 2 coats.
5)Fianl a spray-coated with the water base primer.  
6)Final product check pieces by pieces and then ready for packing.

The term MDF signifies medium density wood fibers. This panel is made of wood fibers and a synthetic binder from a continuous industrial process. It is subjected to temperature and pressure constraints.
