White primer base production:
1.Cut the log into pieces .
2.Kiln dried, make the moisture content between 10-12% to ensure stability through the successive manufacturing processes.
3.Cut out the knots and pick up the good quality wood pieces.
4.Finger Jointed
5.Make the wood into shape according to the design.
6.Twice gesso coating and It will be sanded between 2 coats.
7.Spray-coated with the water base primer on the surface.
8.Check piece by piece then pick out the good quality product
9.Packing and loading
