During the production process, the timber is kiln dried to consistent moisture content before machining and finishing. This ensures that Door Jamb / Door Frame is not prone to distortion or raised grain. Finger jointing and lamination of the timber components further enhances the stability and strength.

RESHINE Pine door frame mainly ship to the North America market, around 28-30 container per month. The surface finished of our pine products have two coat primer, the primer is a mixture containing glue and calcium carbonate. Coating application would be applied equally on all edges have a strong adhesion to the wood substrate.
