White Primed MDF Baseboard

MDF moulding from Reshine is constructed from pre-primed, that's ready to paint and easy to cut, nail and glue. Featuring a baseboard profile, this moulding is perfect for architrave and skirting applications.

White primed baseboard production:
1)MDF material preparation
2)Control the moisture between 10-12%
3)Surface and following moulding preparation, Machined(produced) with high speed planing equipment to yield a premium finish timber moulding ready for priming with a gesso coating. 
4)Spray-coated with the thin gesso coating(total 2 coats) and It should be sanding between 2 coats.
5)Fianl a spray-coated with the water base primer.  
6)Final product check pieces by pieces and then ready for packing.

Package
1.Package: Shrinkable PVC film and plywood Pallet;
2.Pallet Size: 300 mm x 1050mm or 650 x 1050 mm or as your customized;
3.Container: 24 or 12 Pallets for a 40HQ container;
