White Primed Trim Board

Trim boards are a decorative moulding which is used for the home to add a break between floor, ceiling, walls, doors and windows. Trim boards’size is usually 1x4, 1x6, 1x8 (Board Feet)etc. Trim boards can be along the floor or around windows and door. Normally it is square design. It is also know as the one of the baseboard.

Raw Material Workshop:

Main production Process:
1.Raw material inspection- Stacking- Kiln Drying- Stock in Warehouse.
2.Collect the wood powder with dust collecting system - Wood powder processing - Stock in Warehouse.

Lumber Sorting Workshop
The main process of Lumber Sorting and Reprocessing: Cutting, Gang-rip, Sorting, Molding, Finger Jointing. 
The main production process:
1.Gang-Rip- Cutting- Molding
2.Reprocessing Material Process: Cutting-Edge Planning- Finger joint

Moulding Workshop:
The main process of the product moulding is: Finger Jointing Edge-glued, Edge Planning, Moulding, Rough Cutting.
Finished Product Workshop:
The surface treatment, sizes and appearance of the products.
Main process is Repairing - Coating- Sanding - Fin Cutting - Painting.

1.Moisture content of finished product: 8-12%
2.Material: Pinus radiata, other details according to customer needs
3.After two paintings, the thickness of one-sided coating is within 0.30mm, requiring a thin coating.
