Primed Wall Trim Board

Trim Board main used for trim flooring. It's used as the decoration moulding to cover the gaps between the wall and Flooring. Primed Pine trim board is a perfect product for many uses, especially for painting. It is smooth, versatile and durable. And it often use accompanied by a small size quarter round or shoe molding.

1)Cut the log into thin pieces
2)Kiln dried to control the moisture between 10-12%.
3)Cut out the knots and choose the good quality wood pieces.
4)Finger Jointed to the length required
5)Spray-coated with the thin gesso coating(Total 2 coats) and It should be sanding between 2 coats.
6)Fianl a spray-coated with the water base primer.  
7)Final product check piece by piece and then ready for packing.
