Quarter round moulding provides room with a finished look, and are a means to make an aesthetic statement or artistic expression. Mouldings also serve a useful purpose to connect the different elements of building such as wall surfaces to flooring, and door and window openings.

Wood species:	Radiata Pine
Size:	11/16” x 11/16” , 5/8” x 5/8” or 3/4” x 3/4”
Moisture content:	8%-12%
Tolerance	Width: +/-0.3mm, Thickness: +/-0.3mm
Primed system:	Two coats primer and one coat water-based paint
Quality control:	No pith, no permitted machine marks, no fibre tear or skip-dressing, no raise grain, but must be smooth, sanded finish on all four-faces.
Delivery date:	It is within 30 days after receipt of your down payment.

Production process for Primed Shoe moulding:
1.Cut the timber logs into boards.
2.Kiln dried to moisture between 8-12% range to ensure stability through the successive manufacturing processes.
3.Put the board stay in the air for about 18-25days to keep the material more stable and to make moisture content more uniform. Different size board require different days.
4.Cut out the knots from the board, and cut it into small piece, ready for finger joint.
5.Finger jointed into the length as demand
6.Rough sanding then make into shape by molding machine according to the clients drawing.
7.Two times white primer( sanding between primer). And then acrylic primer paint.
8.Inspection piece by piece, and packing.
