What is LVL?

LVL is short for Laminated Veneer Lumber . It has 3 times higher strength and toughness than solid wood sawn timber. This product can be used in building formwork components, building beams, car panels, furniture, flooring, room decoration wood keel and packaging materials, etc., and has a wide range of applications.

What is shoe moulding ?

Paired with baseboard and stained or painted to match your trim, shoe molding (also known as "base shoe") is a small, thin strip of molding that gives your room a finished look. Shoe molding adds a decorative touch while covering any gaps that might lie between the bottom of baseboard and the floor.

Inspection

Production process for LVL primed moulding: 

1.Cut the log into thin pieces
2.Kiln dried to control the moisture between 10-12%.
3.Cut out the knots and choose the good quality wood pieces.
4.Finger Jointed to the length required
5.Rough sanding by machine then make into shape by shape molding machine according to the clients drawing.
6.Two time white primer( will sand between primer). 
7.Check piece by piece, and packing.

Packing and Service
1.Package: Shrinkable PVC film and plywood Pallet;
2.Pallet Size: 680mm x 1080mm or as your customized;
3.Container: 6 pallets in a 20FT Container, 12 Pallets in a 40HQ container;
