Primed Door Frame

PRIMED DOOR FRAME is vitally important to the overall security of the door; recognized as the vertical frame of the door, jambs are put in place to hold the door up. Surrounded by the casing, jamb extensions are also used to extend new window frames flush with the drywall.

During the production process, the timber is kiln dried to consistent moisture content before machining and finishing. This ensures that Door Jamb / Door Frame is not prone to distortion or raised grain. Finger jointing and lamination of the timber components further enhances the stability and strength. 

The advantage to Wooden pine door frame are the definition of detail, much sharper than MDF, the work ability, nailing ease and personal preference for wood.
FJ pine can have some imperfections. Due to FJ production including many different species of pine from around the globe, this product can have raised grain, thus lacking the smoothness of other species. Close inspection prior to installation and painting is key.

Moulding Workshop:
The main process of the product moulding is: Finger Jointing Edge-glued, Edge Planning, Moulding, Rough Cutting.

Finished Product Workshop:
The surface treatment, sizes and appearance of the products.
Main process is Repairing - Coating- Sanding - Fin Cutting - Painting.
