Description
Primed Pine from Reshine is constructed from pre-primed, finger joints, knot-free pine that's ready to paint and easy to cut, nail and glue. Featuring a half splay profile, this profile is perfect for architrave and skirting applications.
Primed pine is identical to finger jointed pine except it has a machine applied primer coat of paint. Final finishing only requires applying a top coat of paint. Pre-priming at the mill is designed to be less expensive than painting by hand, and saves time on the job.

Material Selection
It is manufactured by trimming defects from common grade lumber to make short lengths of clear lumber. These pieces are then glued into longer lengths and manufactured into mouldings. This procedure helps reduce the tendency of the piece to twist or warp. Finger jointing of the timber components further enhances the stability and strength.
Primed System
The surface finished of our pine products have two coat primer, the primer is a mixture containing glue and calcium carbonate. Coating application would be applied equally on all edges have a strong adhesion to the wood substrate. If the trim board is used for External construction applications, the primer should be external glue,and the price is a little higher than Interior using. If it's used for interior decoration, the primer can be interior glue.
