Radiata Pine Shoe Moulding

Wood shoe moulding is a water-based moulding product, primed on three or four sides and fully protected from the elements. Each piece of moulding is ready for paint once prepping is complete. These mouldings are the definition of detail, much sharper than MDF, the workability, nailing ease and personal preference for wood.

White primed shoe moulding production:
1)Cut the log into pieces according to the moulding thickness
2)The wood piece would be kiln dried to within the 10-12% moisture content range to ensure stability through the successive manufacturing processes.
3)Cut out the knots and choose the good quality wood pieces.
4)Finger Jointed to the length required
5)Spray-coated with the thin gesso coating(Total 2 coats) and It should be sanding between 2 coats.
6)Fianl a spray-coated with the water base primer.  
7)Final product check piece by piece and then ready for packing.

Inspection
The product is inspected pieces by pieces and pick out all of defective goods. We make sure supplying the best quality for every clients.
