Production process for glossy moulding:
- Cut the timber logs into boards.
- Kiln dried to moisture between 8-12% range to ensure stability through the successive manufacturing processes.
- Put the board stay in the air for more about 18-25 days. Different size board require different days to keep the material more stable and to make moisture content more uniform.
- Cut out the knots of the board, and cut it into small piece, ready for finger joint.
- Finger jointed into the length as required.
- Rough sanding by machine then make into shape by shape molding machine according to the clients drawing.
- Two time white primer( will sand between primer). And then glossy paint.
- Check piece by piece, and packing.
