Paint shoe moulding is finished moulding, not primer surface. The production process is same as the primer wood moulding, just the final paint different. 
Shoe moulding main used for trim flooring. It’s used as the decoration moulding to cover the gaps between the wall and flooring. And it often use accompanied by a small size quarter round or shoe molding.

Production process for glossy moulding:
1.Cut the log into thin pieces
2.Kiln dried to control the moisture between 10-12%.
3.Cut out the knots and choose the good quality wood pieces.
4.Finger Jointed to the length required
5.Rough sanding by machine then make into shape by shape molding machine according to the clients drawing.
6.Two time white primer( will sand between primer). And then glossy paint.
7.Check piece by piece, and packing.

Packing and Service
1.Package: Shrinkable PVC film and plywood Pallet;
2.Pallet Size: 680mm x 1080mm or as your customized;
3.Container: 6 pallets in a 20FT Container, 12 Pallets in a 40HQ container;
