Finger Jointed Pine Mouldings

Pine Moulding main used for trim flooring. It’s used as the decoration moulding to cover the gaps between the wall and Flooring as the decoration. And it often use accompanied by a small size quarter round.
Surface of pine moulding is white primed. It is very smooth. Water Based Paint is making installation quicker and easier.
Pine mouldings protect walls from sliding furniture and other wear. Different eras and architectural styles had different needs and uses for mouldings.

Pine moulding is made of New Zealand Radiata Pine. All wood material is clear grade without knots and defective wood. None of any defects are permitted in the finished moulding prior to the priming process.

White primed baseboard production:
1)Cut the log into thin pieces
2)Kiln dried to control the moisture between 10-12%.
3)Cut out all knots and choose the good quality wood material.
4)Finger Jointed to the length required
5)Two coats with the thin gesso coating and sand between 2 coats.
6)Final one coats with the water base primer.  
7)Final product check pieces by pieces and then ready for packing.

1.Packing: Shrinkable PVC film and plywood Pallet;
2.Pallet Size: 270mm x 720mm or 320mm x 720mm  as your customized;
3.Container: 21 pallets in a 20FT Container, 42 Pallets in a 40HQ container;
4.Using Strong and safe pallet
