Pine wood moulding provides room with a finished look, and are a means to make an aesthetic statement or artistic expression. It is made of New Zealand Radiata Pine. All wood material is clear grade without knots and defective wood.

White primed Moulding production:
1. Cut the timber logs into boards.
2. Kiln dried to moisture between 8-12% range to ensure stability through the successive manufacturing processes.
3. Put the board stay in the air for more about 18-25days. Different size board require different days to keep the material more stable and to make moisture content more uniform.
4. Cut out the knots of the board, and cut it into small piece, ready for finger joint.
5. Finger jointed into the length as required.
6. Rough sanding then make into shape by molding machine according to the clients drawing.
7. Two time white primer( will sand between primer). And then acrylic primer paint.
8. Check piece by piece, and packing.
