Architrave Bullnose Mouldings mainly ship to the Australian market, around 12 container per month. The surface finished of our pine products have two coat primer, the primer is a mixture containing glue and calcium carbonate. Coating application would be applied equally on all edges have a strong adhesion to the wood substrate.

Architrave mouldings is identical to finger jointed pine except it has a machine applied primer coat of paint. Final finishing only requires applying a top coat of paint. Pre-priming at the mill is designed to be less expensive than painting by hand, and saves time on the job.

White primed baseboard production:
1)Cut the log into thin pieces
2)Kiln dried to control the moisture between 10-12%.
3)Cut out the knots and choose the good quality wood pieces.
4)Finger Jointed to the length required
5)Spray-coated with the thin gesso coating(Total 2 coats) and It should be sanding between 2 coats.
6)Fianl a spray-coated with the water base primer.
7)Final product check piece by piece and then ready for packing.
