Exterior Pine Primed Door Jamb

EXTERIOR DOOR FRAME are made of FJ Solid Radiata pine, pre-coated with thin primer,it is ready for painted. An exterior door frame consists of posts, casings, jambs, and a threshold. The head pieces are horizontal members at the top of the door frame, and the side pieces are vertical members on each side of the door. The threshold is the bottom piece of the frame. Dados, or notches for a sill, as well as cut-outs and holes for door hardware, hinges and locking mechanisms, are also inserted in the frame.

During the production process, the timber is kiln dried to consistent moisture content before machining and finishing. This ensures that Door Jamb / Door Frame is not prone to distortion or raised grain. Finger jointing and lamination of the timber components further enhances the stability and strength.

Rehine ships the wooden door frame to North America about 28-30 per month. It is made of New Zealand Radiata Pine. All wood material is clear grade without knots and defective wood.
Surface is white primed. Moulding surface is sanded in between. It is very smooth. Water Based Paint is making installation quicker and easier.

Timber cut into board, Kiln dried, FJ, Via Shape, Sanding, two coat primer and packing etc.
