Wood Decorative Crown Moulding

Crown Moulding-One of the most recognized home trim pieces which is typically used at the junction of an interior wall and ceiling. Usually it is not placed flush against the wall nor against the ceiling. General term for any molding at the top or "crowning" an architectural element. 

Our materials for our products is radiata pine, we also have Chinese Fir and MDF material.
All the species have good anti-deformation properties.
Compare with Chinese fir and MDF products,radiata pine have a longer life,therefore, we mainly use radiata pine as raw material, and the radiata pine what we use was Imported primarily from New Zealand and.
All of our products are after 2-3 times of painting, the surface is polished with sanding, to ensure the smooth surface of the product. After completing the steps, we spray-paint the product,to increase the gloss of products.

Production Process:
1.Make the raw materials into different size wood piece
2.Finger Jointed
3.Make the moulding into different shape
4.Gesso coated for 2 times
5.Spray water base primer on mouldings
