Window Reveal Trim Board

Window Reveal Board is manufactured by trimming defects from common grade lumber to make short lengths of clear lumber. These pieces are then glued into longer lengths and manufactured into mouldings. This procedure helps reduce the tendency of the piece to twist or warp.

White primed Moulding production:
1)Cut the log into pieces according to the moulding thickness
2)Kiln dried to moisture between 8-12% range to ensure stability through the successive manufacturing processes.
3)Put the board stay in the air for more about 18-25days. Different size board require different days to keep the material more stable and to make moisture content more uniform.
4)Cut out the knots and choose the good quality wood pieces.
5)Finger Jointed to the length required
6)Spray-coated with the thin gesso coating(total 2 coats) and It should be sanding between 2 coats.
7)Fianl a spray-coated with the water base primer.  
8)Check piece by piece and packing.

Packing and Service
1.Package: Shrinkable PVC film and plywood Pallet;
2.Pallet Size: 270mm x 720mm or as your customized;
3.Container: 21 pallets in a 20FT Container, 42 Pallets in a 40HQ container;
