The homogeneous composition of primed pine moulding is compatible for high quality finishing techniques. Pine moulding’s uniform composition and smooth, tight surface, allows finishes to be applied directly to the surface. Pine mouldings and millwork are easy to work with at the job-site. Mouldings are commonly available in lengths up to 5.4 meters. Pine millwork is available as casing, crown, jambs, baseboard, chair rails and many other profiles.

White primed Moulding production:
1)Cut the log into thin pieces according to order details
2)The wood piece would be kiln dried to within 10-12% moisture content range to ensure stability through the successive manufacturing processes.
3)Cut out all knots and any defect to choose the good quality wood.
4)Finger Joints to the length required(5.4 meter or 5.6 meters)
5)Spray-coated with the thin gesso coating(total 2 coats) and should be sanding between 2 coats.
6)Fianl a spray-coated with the water base painting.
7)Final product check pieces by piece and then ready for packing.
