Timber Window Reveal

Primed Pine window reveal is made of Radaita Pine, the defects will be cut before finger jointed. Window Reveal comes in several sizes and serve a variety of functions, the normal size is 92/110/116/138 x 18mm, they are most used in window.

White primed baseboard production:
1)Cut the log into thin pieces
2)Kiln dried to control the moisture between 10-12%.
3)Cut out the knots and choose the good quality wood pieces.
4)Finger Jointed to the length required
5)Spray-coated with the thin gesso coating(Total 2 coats) and It should be sanding between 2 coats.
6)Fianl a spray-coated with the water base primer.  
7)Final product check piece by piece and then ready for packing.
