Quarter Round Moulding
Quarter round mouldings are primarily used to trim flooring with the wood baseboard. It’s purpose is to cover the gaps between the wall and Flooring as the decoration. And it often use accompanied by a small size quarter round or shoe molding.

White primed Quarter Round production:
1)Cut the log into thin pieces
2)Kiln dried to control the moisture between 10-12%.
3)Cut out the knots and choose the good quality wood pieces.
4)Finger Jointed to the length required
5)Spray-coated with the thin gesso coating(total 2 coats) and It should be sanding between 2 coats.
6)Fianl a spray-coated with the water base primer.  
7)Final product check pieces by pieces and then ready for packing.
