Wooden Skirting Board Moulding

Colonial Architraves are primarily used to trim flooring. It’s purpose is to cover the gaps between the wall and Flooring as the decoration. And it often use accompanied by a small size quarter round or shoe molding.
Colonial Architraves are made of Radaita Pine, with white primed on the surface.,it’s ready for paint. The surface finished of our pine products have two coat primer, the primer is a mixture containing glue and calcium carbonate. Coating application would be applied equally on all edges have a strong adhesion to the wood substrate.

Colonial Architraves are a hardy interior moulding that can also be installed indoors. It comes finished in white but can be painted any colors to your taste. They are low maintenance, easy to install and moisture and termite proof.

White primed baseboard production:
1)Cut the log into thin pieces
2)Kiln dried to control the moisture between 10-12%.
3)Cut out the knots and choose the good quality wood pieces.
4)Finger Jointed to the length required
5)Spray-coated with the thin gesso coating(total 2 coats) and It should be sanding between 2 coats.
6)Fianl a spray-coated with the water base primer.  
7)Final product check pieces by pieces and then ready for packing.
