Description
Pre- Primed Trim Board
Primed Trim board regular size is 1x4 & 1x6 & 1x8 & 1x12. It is made of New Zealand Radiata Pine, finger joint and then primed at the surface. Our trim board mainly ship to the North America market.
Primer Finish
• Two-coat
thin primer and water-based paint provides silky smooth finish,one layer latex
top coat
• Primer: Mixture of Caco3 (Calcium Carbonate) and water-Proof
Polyvinyl Acetate Adhesive
Manufacturing process
1) Cut the log into pieces according to the moulding thickness
2) The wood piece would be kiln dried to within the 10-12% moisture content range
to ensure stability through the successive manufacturing processes.
3) Cut out the knots and choose the good quality wood pieces.
4) Finger Jointed to the length required
4). Spray-coated with the thin gesso coating(Total 2 coats) and It should be sanding between 2 coats.
5). Fianl a spray-coated with the water base primer.
7). Final product check piece by piece and then ready for packing.

The Surface finish of primed pine products is inspected piece by piece,
Measure the Moisture content \ Size \ Tolerance \ Twist(bengding)
Packing and Loading
Plywood pallet and Shrinkable PVC film , free of bark & dirt or as consumers' request.
