Production Process:
---- Timber cut into boards ,Kiln dried, select our the knots and defectives, Finger Joint,Via Shape, Sanding, dual coat primed ,inspection and packing etc
1) The timber logs are cut into boards.
2) then put into kilns to dry to within 6%-8%% moisture range to ensure stability through the successive manufacturing processes.
3) After Kiln Dried,the boards will be stack in warehouse for more than 20 days to regain moisture to 8%-12%.
4) The knots or defective parts on the board will be cut before finger jointed process.The length of moulding can be up to 18ft Or as customized.After FJ process,the finger jointed board would be through rough sanding and make into shape based on customer's drawings by the shape machine.
5) The raw unprimed moulding will be coated with two time primer(Sanding between the primers),then one water base paint.
6) Our inspectors will check all the mouldings one by one before packing.
7) PVC Shrinkable film + Plywood Pallet.
