Primed MDF Wall Baseboard

MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) is a high-grade, composite material. MDF moulding products tend to come primed, making it easy to paint.

In architecture, MDF baseboard (also called skirting board, skirting, floor molding, or base molding) is usually MDF board covering the lowest part of an interior wall. Its purpose is to cover the joint between the wall surface and the floor.

Manufacturing Process
1).Moulding preparation  
2).Surface sand following moulding preparation, Machined(produced) with high speed planing equipment to yield a premium finish timber moulding ready for priming with a gesso coating.
3).Priming-stage 1:Mouldings are spray-coated with the 1st application of thin gesso coating.
4).Intermediate sanding stage:Surface sand following priming stage 1  
5).Mouldings are spray-coated with the 2nd(and final) application of water base primer.  
6).Final product check with light sand and buff to the surface,that is readily painted with quality topcoats

Package
1.Package: Shrinkable PVC film and plywood Pallet;
2.Pallet Size: 300 mm x 1050mm or 650 x 1050 mm or as your customized;
3.Container: 24 or 12 Pallets for a 40HQ container;
