Description

Moulding surface is white primed, it has sanded in between. It is very smooth. Then it has a machine applied primer coat of paint. Water Based Paint is making installation quicker and easier. Final finishing only requires applying a top coat of paint. Pre-priming at the mill is designed to be less expensive than painting by hand, and saves time on the job.
MDF moulding provides room with a finished look, and are a means to make an aesthetic statement or artistic expression. Mouldings also serve a useful purpose to connect the different elements of building such as wall surfaces to flooring, and door and window openings.
We are supplying any sizes and profiles according to customer’s demand.

Production process for Primed moulding:
1.MDF material preparation
2.Control the moisture between 10-12% range to ensure stability through the successive manufacturing processes.
3.Rough sanding then make into shape by molding machine according to the clients drawing.
4.Two time white primer( will sand between primer). And then acrylic primer paint.
5.Check piece by piece, and packing.
