MDF Moulding Trim Board

MDF Mouldings are widely used in architectural interior decoration.
MDF mouldings protect walls from sliding furniture and other wear. Different eras and architectural styles had different needs and uses for mouldings.
After pressing, MDF is cooled in a star dryer or cooling carousel,
Trimmed and sanded. In certain applications, boards are also laminated for extra strength.
A thick MDF panel at a density of 700–720 kg/m3 may be considered as high density in the case of softwood fibre panels, whereas a panel of the same density made of hard wood fibres is not regarded as so. The evolution of the various types of MDF has been driven by differing need for specific applications. 

Manufacturing Process
1)MDF material preparation
2)Control moisture content between 10-12% range to ensure stability through the successive manufacturing processes.
3)Make into shape(as customers' drawings) by the molding machine.
4)The surface finished of our MDF products have two coats primer, the primer is a mixture containing glue and calcium carbonate. Coating application would be applied equally on all edges have a strong adhesion. 
5)Each pcs products will be inspected by our workers. Then arrange the packing.

Package
1.Package: Shrinkable PVC film and plywood Pallet;
2.Pallet Size: 650 x 1050 mm or as your customized;
3.Container: 24 or 12 Pallets for a 40HQ container;
4.Safe, strong and well protected package durable for ocean shipping.
