Production process for Primed moulding:
1.Cut the timber logs into boards.
2.Kiln dried to moisture between 8-12% range to ensure stability through the successive manufacturing processes.
3.Put the board stay in the air for more about 18-25days. Different size board require different days to keep the material more stable and to make moisture content more uniform.
4.Cut out the knots of the board, and cut it into small piece, ready for finger joint.
5.Finger jointed into the length as required.（8ft, 10ft, 12ft ,16ft ）
6.Rough sanding then make into shape by molding machine according to the clients drawing.
7.Two time white primer( will sand between primer). And then acrylic primer paint.
8.Check piece by piece, and packing.

1.Moisture content of finished product:8-12%
2.Material: Pinus radiata, other details according to customer needs
3.After two paintings, the thickness of one-sided coating is within 0.40mm, requiring a thin coating.
4.Environment friendly,not easy crack
