USES of wood mouldings:
1, on the wall of different levels of junction edge sealing; Sealing of joints of different materials on the wall, pressing edge of dado.
2, all kinds of decorative surface, door and furniture surface edge line and molding line.
3,Sealing edge of the junction of ceiling, wall and cylinder.
4, the ceiling plane modeling line.
The appearance of wood line should surface is smooth, edge Angle and edge edge is straight and distinct, must not have twist and inclined bend phenomenon.
Technical requirements for wood lines:
The technical requirements of wood moulding have two indicators: water content and formaldehyde emission:
1. Moisture content:the moisture content of solid wood line and finger connecting material line before use shall not be less than 7%, and shall not be greater than the local balance moisture content of each region in China. The moisture content of wood-based board line before use shall conform to the corresponding wood-based board standard requirements.
2. Formaldehyde emission amount: the formaldehyde emission amount shall be measured for the lines using finger joint, wood-based board and wood-plastic composite as the base material, and the limit value shall not be greater than 1.5mg/L
