Interior Decorative MDF Baseboard Moulding

MDF material means medium density fiberboard.

 It is an engineered  wood product, the hardwood or softwood residuals is broken down into wood fibres, then combined with a resin binder and wax, finally the panels is applyed under high temperature and pressure.

Medium Density Fiberboard is a high-grade, composite material. 

MDF molding profiles are all with dual primer, sanding between primers, then water based paint. It is ready to paint directly.

MDF material can produced in various kinds of mouldings,such as baseboard, S4S board, crown molding, door casing, quarter round base shoe,etc.

Production Process:

1).MDF make into shape via moulding.  
2).Surface sand following moulding preparation, Machined(produced) with high speed planing equipment to yield a premium finish timber moulding ready for priming with a gesso coating.
3).Priming-stage 1st:Mouldings are spray-coated with the  thin gesso coating.
4).Intermediate sanding process:Surface sand following priming stage 1  
5).Mouldings are spray-coated with the 2nd(and final) application of water base primer.  
6).Final product inspected with light sand and buff to the surface,that is readily painted with quality topcoats

Packing:PVC shrinkable file + plywood pallet.

Q:Can I order some sample for quality reference? 

A:Of couse, the normal sample is free of charge with freight collect.

Q:OEM or ODM is available? 

A: yes, welcome OEM or ODM.

Q: What’s your delivery time after the order is confirmed?

A:The delivery time is normall 25-45 days after receipt of the deposit payment and sign and stamped back PI.

Q: How about your payment terms?

A: T/T with 30% deposit before mass-production and 70% balance against the copy of shipping documents. LC is acceptable too.
