Description

Primer widnow reveal moulding is made of FJ Solid Radiata pine, pre-coated with thin primer, it usually used in window, as they are really sturdy.
The surface finished of window reveal is white primed which it is ready for painted. During the production process, the timber is kiln dried to consistent moisture content before machining and finishing. This ensures that skirting bord is not prone to distortion or raised grain. Finger jointing of the timber components further enhances the stability and strength.

Tolerance	Width: +/-0.3mm, Thickness: +/-0.3mm
Primed system:	Two coats primer and one coat water-based paint
Quality control:	No pith, no permitted machine marks, no fibre tear or skip-dressing, no raise grain, but must be smooth, sanded finish on all four-faces.

※Window Reveal, DAR(S4S), Wall board products: four-sides are required painting.
※Widnow Reveal within 140mm width does not allow laminated.
※Wood processing is physical modity to wood, no chemical elelment in the whole process, it has no harm to human body and environment at all.
