Wood quarte round's material is Radaita Pine. The surface is with dual white primed and another water base painting, it is already ready for paint. Quarter round baseshoe molding can be made in several sizes and make variety of functions,normally the size is 11/16’’ x 11/16’’ x 16’, they are usually used along with the baseboards. It will protect the baseboards fm damage. or to cover the uneven lines where the base and the floor meets.
Production process:
Raw wood material, Cut to boards, Kiln Dried,Cut off the knots and select out the defects,Finger Joint, make into shape based on the clients' drawings(MDF board will make into shape directly) ,dual primer painting,sanding between the primer,water based painting,inspection,packing and loading.
Package: PVC shrink film & plywood pallet.

A:The existing normal sample is free with freight collect. For some special samples, it will need some charges.

A:The delivery time is usually 25-45 days after receipt of the sign and stamped back PI and deposit payment.
