Interior decorative trim quarter round baseshoe moulding is used where the wall baseboard and floor meets.

Reshine supply various kinds of wood and MDF mouldings,including ceiling crown cornice, wall baseboards, door casing, quarter round baseshoe molding, door jamb & frame, door stop,etc.
The material can be Radiata pine,Chinese Fir, MDF(medium density fireboard) ,LVL(laminated veneer lumber).etc.
The wood and MDF mouldings are interior decorative trim elements.
All the mouldings are with dual primer (sanding between the primers) on the surface, it is ready for paint directly.

The baseshoe used where the wall baseboard meets the floor,it protect the baseboard from damage. and it can used to concean the uneven lines or cracks where the baseboard and floor meets.

Production process:
Raw wood material, Cut to boards, Kiln Dried,Cut off the knots and select out the defects,Finger Joint, make into shape based on the clients' drawings(MDF board will make into shape directly) ,dual primed coated,sanding between the primer,water based painting,quality inspection,packing and loading.
Package: shrinkable PVC film + plywood pallet.

Q:Can I order some sample for quality reference?
A:The existing normal sample is free with freight collect. For some special samples, it will need some charges.
Q:OEM or ODM is acceptable?
A: welcome OEM or ODM.
Q: What’s your delivery time?
A:The delivery time is usually 25-45 days after receipt of the sign and stamped back PI and deposit payment.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: T/T, 30% deposit before mass-production and 70% balance against the copy of shipping documents.
