The normal size for this kinds of decorative trim is 11/16x11/16", 7/16x11/16".....
All the pine wood moulding or MDF moulding is white primed on the surface twice and sanding between the primer process. then water based painted accordingly.
They are ready to paint directly.
Production process:
Raw wood log such as pine or fir , Cut to boards based on different size request, Kiln Dried and moisture regain to 8%-12%,Cut off the knots and select the defective patches ,Finger Jointed process, make into shape based on the clients' order (MDF board will make into shape directly) ,dual primed coated (sanding between the primers) , then water- based painting, inspection,packing and load into container.
Package: PVC shrinkable film + plywood pallet.

A:Of couse, the stock sample is free with freight collect. For some special samples, it will need some charges.
Q:Do you accept OEM or ODM?
A: yes, welcome OEM or ODM.
Q: How about your delivery time?
A:The delivery time is usually 25-45 days after the order is confirmed and receipt of your deposit.
Q: What is the payment terms?
A: T/T or LC, 30% deposit before mass-production and balance against the copy of shipping documents.
