Production process:

1)Raw wood log such as pine or fir ,

2)Cut to boards based on different size request, 

3)Kiln Dried and moisture regain to 8%-12%,

4)Cut off the knots and select the defective patches ,

5)Finger Jointed process, 

6)make into shape based on the clients' order (MDF board will make into shape directly) 

7)dual primer coated (sanding between the primers) , then water- based paint, 

8)inspection all the goods one by one,

9)packing properly.

10)Load into the container.
