Monthly U.S. Wholesales Grew 2.3% in February

The U.S. Census Bureau released wholesale trade statistics for February 2024 on March 10th. These figures revealed that February's sales by merchant wholesalers (excluding manufacturers' sales branches and offices), after seasonal adjustments but not price adjustments, amounted to $673.7 billion. This represents a 2.3% increase from the revised January figures and a 0.8% increase compared to the same period last year.
