Primed Wood Quarter Round
Placed along the bottom of the baseboard, Quarter rounds are designed to hide the seam between flooring and the baseboard.
Outside Corner is meant to cover Plywood joints at a 90 degree angle. Often used on staircases or recessed panels at 90 degree angles.
Quarter round is a decorative moulding which is used for the home, often used with the baseboard to cover the gas between the flooring and the wall.

Production process for Primed quarter round moulding:
1.Cut the wood logs material into boards according to the moulding thickness
2.Kiln dried to moisture between 6-8%.
3.Put the board stay in the air for about 18-25days to keep the material more stable and to make the mosture between 8-12%. Different size board require different days.
4.Cut off the knots from the board, and pick out the good quality piece, ready for finger joint.
5.Finger jointed into the length as demand
6.Rough sanding then make into shape by molding machine according to the clients drawing.
7.Two times white primer( sanding between primer). And then acrylic primer paint.
8.Inspection piece by piece, and packing.

How to install:
All FJ & primed FJ mouldings have trimbacks. Trimbacks occur during manufacturing. The moulding comes through the molder at the correct length ordered, but a defect is spotted. Rather than throw the whole piece of moulding away, the defect is cut out, leaving varied lengths. Trimbacks (lengths other than those ordered) should not exceed 10% of the footage ordered,
