The surface is coated with dual white primers and another water-based paint.Ready for paint directly.

PRODUCTION DETAILS:

Moisture content	8-12%
Tolerance	Width: +/-0.3mm, Thickness: +/-0.3mm
Manufacture process	Raw wood material, Cut to boards, Kiln Dried,Cut off the knots and select out the defects,Finger Joint, make into shape based on the clients' drawings(MDF board will make into shape directly) ,dual primer painting,sanding between the primer,water based painting,inspection,packing and loading.
Primed system	Dual thin gesso coats and final water based primer painting.Total coating is around 0.25mm. The primer is a mixture of the glue and calcium carbonate.
Delivery date	within 25days after receipt of the down payment.depond on the order quantity and the raw material.
Quality control	White Primed Wood mdf Moulding Quarter Round Baseshoe surface is smooth with white primer. No crack,particles or burrs. no color difference,no oil marks,etc. QC will check all the boards one by one before package.
