How to control the quality of flat door jamb?

We do know straight and dado quality is very important for door jamb.We would like to show you how we control the quality as following:

1. Straightness 

Put the door jamb against a very straight Alu core. Our wokers inspect pieces by pieces strictly and pick out the unqualified products before packing. We make sure every piece is up to standard.

2.Dado

Dado is a very important part of flat jamb. From photos, you can find our dado is cuted very accurately.

3. Need to be nailed easily.

We have sent large quantities of door jamb to North America. Till now, there is not client said it is hard to nail. So pls do not worry about it.
