Post-process Of Radiata Pine Processing And Painting Lines

There are a total of 4 processes in the subsequent process of radiata pine processing and coating lines. The following is a detailed introduction of these 4 processes.
1. Mud coating (1st, 2nd): 1st coating: the formed white embryo is coated with mud, and the mud is mixed and combined by glue and calcium powder in proportion.
Two coats of mud: the product after one coat of mud is smeared again after cooling.
2. Sanding: Sand the mud-coated product to remove particles and burrs on the surface. Sanding is divided into flat sand (S3S product) and special-shaped sand (special-shaped lines).
3. Painting: The products after sanding should be painted. The products with four sides should be painted on all sides, and it needs to be sprayed twice.
4. Packaging: After the product to be painted is cooled, it is packaged according to the specifications and requirements in the packaging details.
