Aug 12, 2022

There are a total of 7 processes in the front process of radiata pine processing and coating lines. The following is a detailed introduction of these 7 processes.

1. Log slicing: The logs are sliced, peeled, and the defective products (rotten wood) are picked out, which need to be cut according to the size of the order.

2. Drying: Put the wooden board into the drying box for dehydration and degreasing, and adjust the temperature according to the change of the moisture content of the wood. The temperature will be lower and lower, and it usually takes about 7 days to dry. (The moisture content reaches about 6%--8%, and it can be discharged from the kiln.)

3. Health preservation: The wood is neatly and evenly placed in a ventilated and dry carport for natural resurgence. The health preservation time is generally about 20-30 days. The health preservation time has a certain relationship with the material and season of the wood. (End of health preservation) After the moisture content is about 8%-13%.)

4. Material selection: Cut the healthy wood according to the order size, cut off the bark, rotten heart, rotten wood, cracked defective products, scars, and grease.

5. Finger-joining: Comb the two ends of the selected wood (pictured), brush one end of the comb with glue evenly, and then finger-join with the other comb that has not been brushed with glue.

6. Splicing: Use the machine to slip the side of the board, and it is required to be flat and smooth, and then evenly apply glue on the side, and splicing the side.

7. Forming: The wood strips after finger joining are formed by a forming machine. The shape of each product is different, and the shape of the formed product will also be different. You must always pay attention to whether the planed product is the same as the drawing ordered by the customer. ( The size of the formed white embryo product should be smaller than the finished product by 0.4-0.5MM)
